E. M. White Library: About Us

Thank you for thinking of the E.M. White Library. The library accepts in-kind donations of materials that meet these conditions:

Books and other gifts-in-kind:

• Good condition: no markings on cover or pages, mold, water damage, odor, etc.
• Recent publications (10 years-old or newer)*

*Exceptions: Materials that are considered classic or essential additions to our collection.

Materials appropriate to the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary archive collection or museum are welcome. 

Documentation for annual taxes:

• We will furnish the donor a letter that states what was donated and how many items.
• Be aware that the library cannot provide monetary appraisals for donations.
